How do i stop falling in love with youth and beauty when dating women?

I dated very beautiful women most of my life including some models. Im getting older now and the younger women (though they are beautiful) no longer interest me due to their lack of life experience. Right now im dating a woman who is great in every way. The only problem is that she is white and they age rather quickly. How do i learn to look past that?
