Tell her the truth! If you lie, she’ll catch on to THAT and will be really pissed at you in the future if she catches you lying…again.

If I was dating a guy and he wanted to go home early to sleep, I would want him to tell me just that. I dont like liars or guys that feel they have to make up excuses. I feel that if you are in a relationship then there should be honesty. So you shouldnt have to think of excuses. If she cares for you then she will understand. If you have a history of lying and you do this then she might think you are just telling her that so you can go off with your friends or some other girl, so it really depends on how your relationship has been from the beginning. Trust is the controlling source of a relationship. Without it, you’ve got nothing.

Be honest. That is the best rule of thumb; anything else is coddling, misleading, patronizing… lying. If she can’t handle the truth over something simple, then when can she trust you? Ladies prefer that they can trust the man they are with to be open and honest with them, especially in the little things.

Tell her that you feel sick.

I have to go home and wash my hair.
I have to go home and work on my punctuation.
I have to go home and brush my teeth.

Or how about, just tell her you’re tired? Right, girls don’t like boring guys, but girls *really* don’t like liars.
