I’ve known this girl for a while and we’ve been really close friends. Last weekend we were at a party and we were making out the whole time. Then we decided that we don’t want to actually go out because we both just went through breakups and this is a really busy time of year. However, when we’re alone in school, we will still be making out, but we aren’t completely open about it. We both feel that this prevents the drama of dating. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

This article pointed out that both female and male — are being battered, sexually abused or stalked by their dates, according to the Kansas State University professor Stith.
